Return policy

At Volare Collection, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges are free. The item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, in its original packaging.

You can select either store credit or full refund.

To request a return or exchange, simply click on this link HERE to access our easy self-service return & exchange portal for your convenience. Once you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return costs. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. If the items are not in its original condition, ie. used or damaged, we will not issue the refund and your items will be shipped back to you.

In addition, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return, and we will issue you a gift card with the balance amount of your refund.
