Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your item has been received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt, depending on your banking institution. If you prefer to exchange your item, we are happy to issue you store credit in the form of a gift card for the remaining balance, which will be available to you right away.

Additionally, refrain from wearing your jewelry in swimming pools or hot tubs as chlorine can harm the finish.

To help protect your pieces from the elements, it's best to put on your jewelry last before leaving the house and remove it first when returning home.
