We kindly ask that you package your unworn jewelry in its original packaging and return it to us using the address we provide for you via Email, SMS, or DM. You are not responsible for the return shipping costs and will be provided with a free return label. To ensure that your return is processed correctly, please make sure that all items are returned in their original condition and in its original packaging. Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your item has been received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt, depending on your banking institution. If you prefer to exchange your item, we are happy to issue you store credit in the form of a gift card for the remaining balance, which will be available to you right away.
