Free Returns & Exchanges

At VOLARE Collection, we strive to provide exceptional customer service, and we understand that you may occasionally need to return an item. Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during transit if the tracking indicates delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a self-service return portal that you can access HERE within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you package your unworn jewelry in its original packaging and return it to us using the address we provide for you via Email, SMS, or DM. You are not responsible for the return shipping costs and will be provided with a free return label. To ensure that your return is processed correctly, please make sure that all items are returned in their original condition and in its original packaging. Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your item has been received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt, depending on your banking institution. If you prefer to exchange your item, we are happy to issue you store credit in the form of a gift card for the remaining balance, which will be available to you right away.

Instead, create a baking soda bath using a 1:4 ratio of baking soda to water for routine cleanings. For deep cleanings, use a mixture of baking soda and water in a 3:1 ratio to create a paste-like consistency and gently scrub your jewelry with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

After cleaning, rinse with warm water and dry with a soft microfiber towel before storing it in your jewelry box or the Volare Collection storage box that comes with every order.

To prevent damage, avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals found in household cleaners, makeup, and hair products.

Additionally, refrain from wearing your jewelry in swimming pools or hot tubs as chlorine can harm the finish.

To help protect your pieces from the elements, it's best to put on your jewelry last before leaving the house and remove it first when returning home.
